The Warehouse is a former Airfix factory, restored and converted into a studio by Richard and Trish Sinclair back in the late 1990's. Hugely spacious and multifunctional, the space is available for hire from Monday - Friday from 8.30am-5.30pm. Day/weekly rates vary per requirements so please contact Richard to discuss your brief.

LOCATION: The Warehouse, 12 Ravensbury Terrace, London, SW18 4RL

SIZE: Main floor of 2,000 square feet and a mezzanine floor of 500 square feet.

ACCESSIBILITY: Located in a small industrial estate, The Warehouse features large loading bay doors allowing easy access for lighting, furniture and general equipment, large enough for cars etc.

TRANSPORT: A ten minute walk from Wimbledon Park tube station or a five minute walk from Earlsfield overground.

PARKING: On-site parking is available at no additional cost.

KITCHEN: Custom-built industrial space with ample prep surfaces, two ovens/gas hobs, fridges and functional equipment. 

CATERING: A range of food and beverage options can be provided on request.

ELECTRICITY: Single phase/three phase supply with over 40 double sockets.

LIGHTING: Natural light covers the space for the whole day.

OPTIONAL SERVICES: There is wi-fi access, spacious seating, additional toilets and a reception room to host clients.
